Chalet Mandalay is a luxury ski chalet in the Swiss resort of La Tzoumaz. The resort is one lift from Verbier and part of the famous Les 4 Vallées ski area with over 400km of pistes.
The chalet is spacious, bright and comfortable sleeping 8 persons. There are 4 bedrooms including 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin and 1 bunk room for children. There are 3 bathrooms (one bath & 2 showers) including 1 en-suite bathroom.
A number of traditional board games are provided in the chalet. The garage also acts as a games room with table tennis, table football and darts. There is also a sauna room.
The chalet is equipped to the highest of standards including cable TV, Sonos, DVD and free WiFi. There is a large open plan kitchen with oven, glass hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, Nespresso, raclette grill and fondue set. The outside terrace has a large table and BBQ/fire pit. Heating is under floor throughout with a large wood burning fire. Additionally there is a washing machine/dryer, baby high chair & cot and hair dryers provided.
There is outside private parking for 2 cars and a double garage which also fits 2 cars.
Please note that this is a no-smoking chalet.
Chalet Mandalay is located 900m from the centre of La Tzoumaz in a quiet, sunny, elevated position and 400m from the skiing area. It is a 10 minute walk to the nearest bar (Bar des Établons) and a 12 minute walk to the village centre, main ski lift and swimming pool. The closest bus stop is a 2 minute walk.
